Terms and Conditions For Tim Hall’s Performances

Terms & Conditions for hiring Tim Hall or one of his entertainers/speakers:

1) Agreement/Contract is binding and is not subject to cancellation except by mutual agreement.

2) Cancellation policy:  A) If the event is cancelled 15 days or greater prior to the event then the deposit will be forfeited.  B) If the event is cancelled 8 to 14 days before the event then the cancellation fee is 50% of the agreement/contract.  C) If the event is cancelled seven days or less prior to the event, then the 'Kill cancellation fee" is 100% of the agreement/contract.                     

The above policy is in force because cancelled events mean to us lost revenue and lost opportunities for additional bookings on the cancelled event date.

3) Postponement policy:  If the performance is postponed for any reason, it can be rescheduled for another date suitable to the client and Tim Hall (No guarantee that the desired future dates will be available). For performances that are postponed, the client's deposit can be applied towards any future performance by Tim Hall within one year of this agreement. If a postponed performance is not rescheduled within one year, then the client's deposit will be forfeited.

4) If the client is holding their event outdoors, Tim Hall must approve of all outdoor performances. If the outdoor performance area is not covered, Tim Hall or any of his entertainers and speakers DO NOT PERFORM in adverse weather (rain, thunderstorms, lighting, extreme heat/humidity, cold, wind, etc.).

5) In the unlikely event that Tim Hall or one of his entertainers/speakers fails to appear at the client's event for any reason (Sickness, accident, traffic congestion, road closures, emergency situation, airport closures, cancel flights, etc.), the customer's deposit will be refunded and the client will not own any money.
